My next favorite and healthy easy thing to make is hummus.
I love making Hummus each time from a different kind of bean...
It's super healthy and rich with vitamins.
Always topping it with our either green or red fire paste!
2 cups of washed and cook Black beans
(Save 1/2 cup water from cooking)
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp salt
Lemon juice from 1 large lemon
1/2 cup of tahini paste
2 tsp olive oil
1 tea spoon Red fire
1 tea spoon green fire
After we cooked The black bean we let them cool down.
In Food processor we add Black beans with the water, the garlic salt and olive oil. We grind it until he gets purée.
With the strainer we strain the purée until it gets to a smood paste.
Add the lemon juice and the tahini paste to the purée and mix well.
Let it cool for an hour
And it ready
I repeat this with garbanzo beans, green peas and soy beans.
